Fulfillment Policy

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on lead generation services rendered. If a billing mistake was made on our end we will make the necessary corrections and refund any amount that was incorrectly billed. However, we can issue a refund on a website build within a 30 day period.

DELIVERY POLICY
For lead generation services, you can expect to start seeing calls in 1-2 weeks but there may be situations resulting in longer delays. If you do not receive your calls within 2 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on website builds only within 30 days of purchase with a full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders within 30 days for a full refund. Beyond 30 days, cancellations will not be accepted on website builds. Lead generation services may cancel at any time with or without contract. In most cases, refunds will not be issued for lead generation if services have already been rendered.
